TERMS OF SERVICE (PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT)
This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding offer by The Outdoor Edit (hereinafter the “Contractor,” “We,” or “Us”) to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter the “Client”) to enter into a service contract under the terms set forth below.
By making a payment on our website, the Client confirms full acceptance of this Agreement.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer in accordance with applicable U.S. law.
1.2. Full payment for any product, package, or service offered on the website constitutes the Client’s consent to and acceptance of this Agreement.

2.1. The Contractor provides seasonal decoration, outdoor styling, and delivery of curated décor packages for homes, churches, and event venues, as well as custom design services based on individual requests.
2.2. The current list of services, packages, and prices is published on the official website of The Outdoor Edit.

3. Ordering and Payment Procedure
3.1. Orders are placed directly through our website.
3.2. Payment is made in full upfront through one of the integrated payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, or others available on the site).
3.3. The order is processed only after full payment has been received.
3.4. Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days after payment confirmation unless otherwise stated at checkout.
3.5. Delivery is billed separately based on the delivery option selected by the Client.
3.6. If the delivery address is located outside of the standard service area, The Outdoor Edit reserves the right to recalculate and reissue the delivery invoice for the additional distance or complexity.
3.7. Installation and takedown services are not included in delivery fees and must be selected and paid for separately if requested.

4. Custom Orders
4.1. Custom or personalized décor orders are calculated individually after all details (volume, materials, location, timing, etc.) have been discussed.
4.2. A separate invoice will be issued for each custom order, which must be paid in full before any work begins.
4.3. Once payment is made, the Client confirms their approval of the agreed design, materials, and production terms.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Adjustments
5.1. All décor products and services are made or prepared individually, therefore refunds and exchanges are not accepted once work has begun.
5.2. The Client may cancel the order within 12 hours of payment, provided that production or preparation has not yet started. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
5.3. After 12 hours or once production/preparation begins, refunds are no longer possible.
5.4. If The Outdoor Edit cannot fulfill the order within the agreed timeframe for reasons not caused by the Client, the Client may choose to receive a full refund or an alternative solution by mutual agreement.
5.5. If the Client provides an incorrect address, fails to respond to delivery attempts, or refuses to accept the order, the order will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

6. Service Terms
6.1. The Contractor agrees to deliver and (if selected) install the décor package in accordance with the product description.
6.2. The Client must provide timely access to the delivery or installation location.
6.3. Upon completion, The Outdoor Edit may take photographs of the final installation for portfolio or promotional purposes. If the Client does not consent to the use of photos, they must notify us in advance when placing the order.
6.4. The Contractor is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of décor after delivery or due to weather conditions (rain, wind, heat, snow, etc.), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
